(Charleston-AP) July 12, 2006 - Leaders of Charleston's two-year-old law school are facing new questions from the American Bar Association about operations.
The Charleston School of Law had hoped to receive provisional accreditation from the ABA last month. Instead, the bar association asked the for-profit institution for more information about its governance, library resources and commitment to diversity.
School officials say they are assuring students they will do whatever it takes to gain accreditation.
