COLUMBIA, SC (WIS) - There's no stopping Logan. His love for others is stronger than anyone's hate.
Logan Ard, a 6th grader at Busbee Creative Arts Academy started a simple journey three years ago, growing out his hair to donate it to make those who have lost their hair feel better about themselves.
But the three years were far from simple. As Logan's hair grew, so did the taunts.
His family says he was bullied on several occasions. His dad even encouraged him to just cut the hair.
But Logan, wasn't going to give in.
On Wednesday, Logan cut his hair on TV with the help of WIS' Judi Gatson and Ben Tanner. His donation will go to Locks of Love to help children who lost their hair due to illness.
