ROCK HILL, NC (WBTV) -  A Rock Hill woman is in the York County jail after a meth lab exploded in the bathroom of her home.

Marvin Brown, head of York County's multi-jurisdictional drug unit, said that authorities were called to 546 Brush Creek Lane shortly after noon on Friday.

Brown said that two men were in the bathroom cooking meth when the chemicals they were using exploded and caused a fire. The two men ran, but the resident of the mobile home, Sonya Burton, was charged with manufacturing meth and a number of other crimes.

Burton was burned on her right arm. She was treated at the hospital and taken to the York County jail.

Police are still looking for the two men who ran.
