Furry Friends Friday - Freya

COLUMBIA, S.C. (WIS) - Freya is a 3-year-old Terrier mix available for adoption through Pawmetto Lifeline’s Shelter Diversion Program, which helps community members with the rehoming of stray or personal pets.

Freya was found as a stray by a kind family, who have been taking wonderful care of her while she patiently waits for her forever home! She’s super sweet, gentle, and always happy to be close to her people. Freya loves calm walks, car rides, and cozy cuddle time!

Freya is fully house-trained, walks nicely on leash, rides well in the car, and has great manners in the home. She’s calm indoors, not destructive, and even easy to bathe.

Freya is the definition of a “unicorn dog” — one of those rare pups who truly gets along with everyone and everything. She’s wonderful with dogs, children, and even cats, making her an easy fit for many different kinds of homes. Her confidence truly shines around other dogs! Freya would do best in a home with a fenced yard.

You can meet Freya at Pawmetto Lifeline this Friday & Saturday, May 22 & 23, during walk-in adoption hours from 10:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and 1:00 to 5:00 p.m. Her reduced adoption fee of $50 includes her spay, microchip, and up-to-date vaccines.
