Fireflies unveil Battle at BullStreet pre-game plaza party

COLUMBIA, S.C. (WIS) - The Columbia Fireflies announced the details for its Battle at BullStreet pre-game plaza party.
The event will take place Feb. 28, before the game begins. It will be located at the corner of Boyce and Freed streets and will begin at noon. It will host festivities featuring live music, drinks and the debut of the Midlands’ Cousins Maine Lobster truck.
A game ticket is not required for the pre-game plaza party. Attendees will be required to enter through security checkpoints to gain access to the plaza, and standard stadium clear-bag policies will be in place.
DJ Roy Neptune will headline the music for the pre-game plaza party. Attendees 21 and older can purchase alcoholic beverages from portable concession stands during the event. The Fireflies will have $5 16-ounce cans of Budweiser, Bud Light, and Michelob Ultra available during the pre-game party. Fans can also purchase limited concession items.
There will be tailgating games, cornhole, and bucketball at the pre-game party. Kids can enjoy face painting and balloon artists who will be stationed at the event.
Gates will open at 1:30 p.m.
The Battle at BullStreet can be watched on WIS or Palmetto Sports and Entertainment starting at noon on Feb. 25.
