Vt. sheriffs propose reform package

The Richland County Sheriff’s Department is looking into a stabbing at the Alvin S. Glenn Detention Center that left an inmate injured.

Officials said there were no reports of earthquakes and no atmospheric conditions conducive to this. Officials add It could be from shooting Tannerite (exploding targets), but the sound carry could be possible due to low cloud cover.

Muller fighting a fire at the Tropical Ridge Apartments in Columbia. It appears part of the structure fell on him, trapping him. He was taken to a hospital and did not survive his injuries. His loss is felt in the hearts of all who knew him.

Irmo Fire District (IFD) confirmed the funeral plans for fallen firefighter James Michael Muller who died in the line of duty while battling an apartment fire in Columbia on May 26.
