WEST COLUMBIA, SC (WIS) - West Columbia police say Isiah Outen has turned himself in.
He is accused of a hitting a man in the face with a crowbar in november.
Police say Outen agreed to turn himself in right after the incident, but did not do it until after he was featured on the Midlands' Most Wanted.
Outen now makes 50 suspects to have been arrested since we began our Midlands' Most Wanted series earlier this year.
