CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, SC (WIS) - A mandatory curfew has been issued for residents in Chesterfield County as what is left of Florence continues to pound the area with heavy rains causing flooding.
According to our sister station WBTV, the order was issued for Chesterfield County residents from 11 a.m. Sunday to 7 a.m. Monday due to dangerous flooding.
WBTV also reports that the sheriff with the Chesterfield County Sheriff's Office says they are worried a dam will break on Chatham Lake.
Residents in the area are told to call 911 if they need assistance.
Marlboro County residents have also seen flooding with Bennetsville seeing some major flooding.
