Man wanted for assaultin 72-year-old

(WIS) - The Richland County Sheriff's Department is requesting the community's assistance in locating David Simpson, 32, who is wanted for assault and 2nd-degree battery.
On Thursday, August 2, investigators made contact with a 72-year-old victim at Richland Memorial Hospital. The victim stated that following a verbal altercation over money, Simpson physically assaulted him and caused serious injury to his upper body.
Officials say that Simpson now has longer hair than pictured.
Anyone with information regarding Simpson's whereabouts is asked to contact CrimeStoppers at 1-888-CRIME-SC.
