LEXINGTON, SC (WIS) - The Lexington Police Department needs help identifying a male subject who was involved in a prescription fraud incident at CVS pharmacy in the Town of Lexington.

The incident happened Aug. 23 when the suspect provided a fraudulent prescription in an attempt to obtain a controlled substance.
