LEXINGTON COUNTY, SC (WIS) - A Lexington County Church is looking for help to catch thieves who stole a trailer that held their musical equipment.

Springs Community Church reportedly found their trailer missing before their worship service was set to begin. Surveillance video from the property shows a pickup truck driving out of the parking lot with a trailer.

The pastor says inside that trailer was sound equipment used in worship such as amps, drums, soundboards, basses, tables, and chairs.

While most would react with anger and sadness, Senior Pastor Scott Robertson and other church members are instead praying for the thieves and relying on their faith.

"It was a huge help to us getting started. I mean, without the equipment it would've been very difficult to try to be as successful," Robertson said. "We're doing pretty well. Without it, it would've been very challenging to do without it, so to lose it means we lost a big part of that story."
