RCSD: Second armed and dangerous fugitive wanted in July shooting detained

RICHLAND COUNTY, SC (WIS) - A second suspect, who the Richland County Sheriff's Department says was arrested and booked into the Alvin S. Glenn Detention Center on Monday.

Harrell Williams turned himself into authorities on Monday around 2:30 p.m. He was accompanied by his attorney.

Williams was wanted with a second man, Amos Hosey, who was arrested on Friday, July 27.

Deputies say both of the men got into an altercation with another man on the 2800 block of English Avenue on July 13. Following the argument, both suspects shot the victim. He was transported to the hospital for his injuries.
