COLUMBIA, SC (WIS) - South Carolina will have a huge matchup on Dec. 2 as part of its non-conference schedule.
The Gamecocks will host Baylor as part of the SEC/Big 12 Challenge. The Bears enter the 2018-19 season after making an appearance in the Sweet 16 a year ago, finishing with a 33-2 record. This season's contest between USC and Baylor will be the first time the two programs have ever met.
Carolina last played in the SEC/Big 12 Challenge back in 2016 against Texas. The Gamecocks defeated the Longhorns 76-67 in that matchup.
USC will be among 10 SEC teams competing in the SEC/Big 12 Challenge. The Big 12 will have each of its teams taking part.
