RCSD arrests CPD officer for burglary, domestic violence and stalking

(WIS) - The Richland County Sheriff's Department has arrested 33-year-old Joshua John Wagner.
Wagner, a Columbia Police Department officer, was arrested Thursday, July 5 on charges of burglary, domestic violence and stalking.
According to RCSD, Wagner broke into a victim's home on May 13.
He shoved the victim several times and stole the victim's cell phone, so she couldn't call law enforcement. After a series of escalating events, the victim reported the incidents to law enforcement on July 2, according to RCSD.
Wagner is being held at the Alvin S. Glenn Detention Center.
