LEXINGTON COUNTY, SC (WIS) - Chris Wooten has now claimed the House District 69 seat after Tuesday's special election.

Wooten, the Republican nominee who ran unopposed in the election, received 506 votes in the election while there were 69 write-in votes submitted. Wooten won the runoff to be the Republican nominee in March.

The House District 69 seat was vacated by former representative Rick Quinn following a corruption investigation.
