Shots fired during argument at gas station near Lexington Medical Center

WEST COLUMBIA, SC (WIS) - Lexington County Sheriff's deputies say an argument led to shots fired at a gas station near Lexington Medical Center in West Columbia early Friday morning.

First responders say the gunfire erupted at the Shell station off Highway 378, Sunset Boulevard, some time after midnight.

WIS spoke with someone in a vehicle at the gas station after the incident who said a person fired multiple gunshots at his car. There are no reports of injuries.

Investigators have not given a description of the gunman or other details.
