COLUMBIA, SC (WIS) - South Carolina senior Sen. Lindsey Graham says any notion that the presidential election is "rigged" accomplishes nothing but "doing the [Republican] party and the country a great disservice."
Graham tweeted out a statement during Wednesday night's final presidential debate after Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump suggested he would not accept the results of Nov. 8's election.
"I will tell you at the time. I'll keep you in suspense," Trump said.
Graham has been one of Trump's biggest critics in the Republican Party, never delivering an endorsement to the businessman even after he outright won the GOP nomination.

Graham continued that criticism in his statement.
"If he loses, it will not be because the system is 'rigged' but because he failed as a candidate," Graham said.
