COLUMBIA, SC (WIS) - The University of South Carolina Football team plays its first game of the season at Williams-Brice Stadium on Saturday against East Carolina.

Fans going to the game need to know about one major change this year: the University now has a clear bag policy for all sporting events requiring a ticket.

The policy is similar to one adopted by the National Football League. Bags must be no larger than 4.5 inches by 6.5 inches or they must be clear plastic no larger than 12 inches by 6 inches by 12 inches. One-gallon freezer bags are acceptable.

It is also Parents Weekend so fans are encouraged to get to the stadium early.

But what about parking?

Shuttles are available for $3 per person, round-trip from parking lots at Colonial Life Arena and Capital City Stadium.

And traffic?

Kickoff is at 4 p.m. The game is sold out, but it will be broadcast on the SEC Network.
