Deputies release surveillance video of armed robbery at grocery store

RICHLAND COUNTY, SC (WIS) - Richland County investigators have released surveillance video of a man who held up the IGA store on Blythewood Road late Sunday night.

Deputies were called to the store just before 10 p.m. after workers say a man walked in with a gun demanding money from the safe. No one was hurt.

Investigators say the man stole cash and the cashier's cell phone.

Deputies describe the suspect as a black male in his late 30's to early 40's, about 5' 7", 240 pounds, wearing a long-sleeve black shirt, a Panthers cap and camouflage pants.
