COLUMBIA, SC (WIS) - A new apartment building may be popping up in downtown Columbia.
Developers have requested site plan approval from city officials to build an apartment building at 933 Main Street. The building would hold 12 apartment units and the property would span nearly 13,000 square feet. The site also contains a mixed-use building that 6,000 square feet.
Tentatively, the complex would be called The Lofts at the Capitol.
The city council's design and development review commission will meet Thursday to discuss the proposal.
