RICHLAND COUNTY, SC (WIS) - A school of endless possibilities is the motto of Richland Two's Institute of Innovation.
The facility opened Monday and teaches students in different careers, so they transition smoothly into the workforce. Some of the classes offered include, logistics, how to create mobile businesses, engineering and how to build apps for a cell phone.
Students say they are excited about the unique classes.
"I feel like a lot of the businesses, such as Volvo, BMW and Volvo, are coming to South Carolina, so I think it's important for our students to be prepared for the future, and this is a great way I think to for them to be prepared," said Vijay Tripathi, student. "Not only to boost their skills before college, but also adding another skill level to it."
There are about 100 students enrolled at the school.
