ORANGEBURG COUNTY, SC (WIS) - Orangeburg County Sheriff's investigators have released a photo of a person of interest wanted in connection to an armed robbery in which a man's lower denture was stolen.

Deputies say a man reported being robbed at gunpoint at the Orangeburg Walmart at about 4:30 a.m. on August 4. The man told investigators he was sitting in his vehicle when a man approached him asking for a cigarette, then pulled out a handgun and demanded his money.

The incident report says the victim gave him what was in his pocket: a handful of change and his lower denture.

"After taking the victim's dentures and some change, the gunman left in a cream-colored car," says a news release from the Orangeburg County Sheriff's Office.

Video surveillance footage from the store may have captured a person of interest who may have information about the robbery and a photo of the vehicle involved. Both photos are attached to this story.
