COLUMBIA, SC (WIS) - An agent with the South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED) has been fired and arrested in connection with multiple violent incidents.
Agents with SLED say former SLED agent Rodney Bostick, 27, has been charged with kidnapping,misconduct in office, and two counts of second-degree and one count of third-degree domestic violence. If convicted, Bostick could face up to 47 years in prison and be fined over $7,000.
Bostick was fired from the SLED agency by SLED Chief Mark Keel and was booked at the Lexington County Detention Center.
SLED says the case will be prosecuted by the SC Attorney General's office.
