RICHLAND COUNTY, SC (WIS) - A man wanted for robbing a cell phone repair store after he left his phone to be fixed has been arrested in Maryland.

The United States Marshals Office says Mark Cato was arrested Thursday on a charge of armed robbery. He is accused of robbing the Mr. PC store at the Village at Sandhill at gunpoint on May 21.

Prior to the robbery, Richland County Sheriff's investigators say Cato dropped off his cell phone at the store to have it repaired. When he returned to pick up the phone, deputies say Cato handed the employee a credit card, showed a gun and demanded cash.

Cato was seen driving away in a white Chevy Tahoe with out of state plates.

Cato will be extradited to Richland County, "as soon as possible," according to the Sheriff's Office.
