Deputies respond to armed robbery at Village at Sandhill

COLUMBIA, SC (WIS) - A man dropped his phone off to be repaired at a store at the Village at Sandhill Saturday,  then came back and robbed the store at gunpoint, according to Richland County deputies.

It happened just after 7 p.m. on Saturday at Mr. PC, an electronics repair shop at the Village at Sandhill.

Lt. Curtis Wilson, a spokesman for the Richland County Sheriff's Department, said the man returned to the store about an hour after the dropping off the phone, showed a handgun and demanded money. The man took off with an undisclosed amount of cash.
