Officials: Suspect still sought in Newberry pharmacy robbery

NEWBERRY, SC (WIS) - The Newberry County Sheriff's Office is looking for help in identifying a man who walked into a local pharmacy and walked out with something he shouldn't have gotten.

Sheriff's investigators said the man, described as 6 feet tall, about 180 pounds, reddish brown hair, walked into the Peak Pharmacy and robbed them with a weapon that "appeared to be a pistol."

That man, who appears to be between 40 and 50 years old, fled the scene in a gray Ford Ranger and was traveling toward Richland County on Church Street.

No word on what exactly the suspect made off with.
