Gunshot victims "uncooperative" after shooting at Copper Beech Townhomes

COLUMBIA, SC (WIS) - Richland County Sheriff's Department is asking for the community's help with an investigation into a shooting at Copper Beech Townhomes early Thursday morning.

Deputies responded to a shots fired call that took them to Palmetto Health Baptist Hospital Emergency Room, with two men with non-life threatening gunshot wounds to their upper bodies.

Investigators say they were dropped off by a friend and both men are being uncooperative with deputies.

RCSD is still investigating and urges anyone with any information on the shooting to call CrimeStoppers at 1-888-CRIME-SC.
