Sheriff's deputies ask for help investigating homicide from 3 months ago

COLUMBIA, SC (WIS) - Orangeburg County Sheriff's deputies are asking the public for help trying to solve a homicide case from three months ago.

Deputies have not made any arrests yet in the shooting death of Trajen Jenkins, 35, who was found face down outside of his Orangeburg apartment on March 20.

A witnesses told investigators they heard a gunshot just after 5 a.m. as Jenkins walked out of his apartment on Shadowlawn Drive and heard someone running. The witness said there was a brief argument.
