COLUMBIA, SC (WIS) - Although the big story in South Carolina has been the Confederate flag at the State House, presidential candidates have made their way to the big three regions in the state.

Former Florida Governor Jeb Bush traveled to Charleston to speak with religious leaders about the shooting at Emanuel AME Church before heading to the Midlands for a final campaign stop. Ben Carson made his first trip in months to the Upstate during the middle of the week to meet with voters.

Next week, Senator Tim Scott's town hall series with GOP candidates kicks off with former Arkansas Governor Mike Huckabee in Anderson on Monday.

On the Democratic side, former Virginia Senator Jim Webb will officially hop in the race for President. That will bring the total number of Democratic candidates to five.
