COLUMBIA, SC (WIS) - The man accused of killing a woman, then dumping her body in a Rubbermaid bin outside of a Richland County McDonald's pleaded guilty to murder on Tuesday.
Toese issued his plea in front of Judge Robert Hood, who sentenced him to 36 years in prison.
Investigators say Toese and Enele were reportedly living together at the time of her death.
Toese called 911 from a McDonald's parking lot to report that a woman had been stabbed.
When deputies arrived at the restaurant on Parklane Road, they say Toese showed them Enele's body in his backseat.
