Montgomery, Lewis set for runoff for Fairfield sheriff post

Will Montgomery and Keith Lewis will have a runoff in two weeks to determine the new sheriff of Fairfield County.

Montgomery finished Tuesday's election with 1,613 votes while second-place finisher Lewis ended the election with 1,595 votes. Ricky Gibson came in third with 925 votes while John Seibles (550) and Odell Glenn (95) placed fourth and fifth respectively.

The runoff between Montgomery and Lewis will take place in two weeks.
