New dad Connor Shaw tweets first photo of daughter

COLUMBIA, SC (WIS) - Former University of South Carolina quarterback Connor Shaw is now a father.

Shaw made the announcement via Twitter early Thursday morning, saying "I'm a daddy, so very blessed!"

The little girl is named Mila Marie, according to Shaw.

Shaw announced earlier in the year that his now-wife, Molly Shaw, was pregnant with a little girl.

During his time at South Carolina, Shaw led the Gamecocks to three straight 11-win seasons, a first in school history.

Earlier this week, Shaw was cut from the Cleveland Browns active roster, but he remains on the team's practice squad.
