COLUMBIA, SC (WIS) - There are no reported injuries after a pickup truck crashed into a house early Sunday morning.

Columbia Police say the people living in the home in the 900 block of Laurie Lane in Rosewood were home when the truck smashed through the front wall at about 1 a.m. Sunday.

Before crashing into the house, police say the Ford F-150 hit two parked cars and a telephone pole before hitting the house.

Police charged the driver, Jeffery Lacortiglia, who turned 37 years old Sunday, with reckless driving. He was taken to the Alvin S. Glenn Detention Center.

The CPD traffic safety unit continues to investigate.
