Kershaw County Sheriff seeking re-election
CAMDEN, SC (WIS) - Kershaw County Sheriff James Matthews is running for a second term.
Matthews announced his plans Wednesday night after filing paperwork with the Kershaw County Voter Registration Office. Matthews was elected in 2010 and took office in 2011.
He will be on the ballot for the Republican Primary on June 20.
Before being elected sheriff, Matthews retired from the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration.
