Vendors prepping for opening day of SC State Fair

COLUMBIA, SC (WIS) - Fair vendors are getting ready for the 2013 South Carolina State Fair opening this week.
Gates and buildings open Wednesday at noon and the Midway opens at 3 p.m., fair officials said.
Admission on the first day is $1 at the gate for ages 6 and up. Children 5 and under enter for free.
Parking is free in all fair lots.
