Deputies: "No evidence" to substantiate threat against Midlands Tech

The Lexington County Sheriff's Department says they have no evidence to substantiate a threat against the Airport Campus of Midlands Technical College.
The college was evacuated at 3:30 p.m. on Thursday while deputies completed a sweep of the buildings on campus.
Deputies did not find anything that would cause harm to students at the school.
Officials from the school say classes at the school have been canceled for the rest of the evening.
