Gaskins' oldest daughter says he was thrown from the bike, which then caught fire.
He not wearing a helmet. But his daughter tells WIS News 10 her father did not suffer a head injury and a helmet would not have saved him.

Anthony has been charged with felony DUI, child endangerment, driving under suspension, a child restraint violation and an alcohol violation.
The Highway Patrol and MAIT continues to investigate the accident.
