Suspicious package at Sumter Lowe’s safe, police said

SUMTER, S.C. (WIS) - The Sumter Police Department announced the scene of a Lowe’s on Broad Street is clear.

The public was asked to avoid the area after police reported they were investigating a suspicious package.

Police said the package is safe.
