COLUMBIA, S.C. (WIS) - Humidity will be lower for Thursday and Friday, but this weekend gets more humid and hotter as well!

- We could see some patchy fog tonight and lows in the upper 50s.
- Highs are in the mid 80s for Thursday and Friday with partly cloudy to mostly sunny skies.
- Humidity increases Saturday and we see more clouds for the afternoon and a 30% chance of an evening shower and storm.
- Highs are around 90 for both Saturday and Sunday.
- Mother’s Day has a 30% chance of showers and storms.
- We see a 40% chance of showers and storms Monday with mid 80s for highs.

Thursday is warm with partly cloudy skies. Highs reach the mid 80s. There’s a high pressure system to the east that keeps our weather calm and quiet.

Friday we see a few more clouds from the south with skies becoming partly cloudy. Lows are near 60 and highs reach the mid 80s.

Saturday we have a 30% chance of showers and storms in the late evening as a warm front pushes north and brings more humidity and when combined with the heat brings the chance of rain. Lows are in the low 60s and highs reach 90.

We have lows in the upper 60s Sunday and highs near 90 again. There’s a 30% chance of showers and storms for the afternoon and evening as the humidity remains high. So it’s not a wash out for your Mother’s day but we will see some active weather.

Mother’s Day: Partly cloudy to mostly cloudy with highs near 90. There’s a 30% chance of showers and storms.
Monday: Mid 80s with a 40% chance of showers and storms.
Tuesday: Mid 80s again with another 40% chance of showers and storms for the afternoon.
