Monday is sunny as high pressure builds over the region. Expect lows in the upper 30s and highs in the mid 60s.

Just a few clouds move in Tuesday with highs again in the mid 60s. Morning lows are in the mid 30s.
Clouds return Wednesday as a cold front nears from the west. A surge of warm air ahead of the front brings our temps up into the low 70s. High pressure is to our east funneling in the warmer air.

Rain arrives with the front Thursday. Chances are around 50% right now. Morning lows are in the low 50s and highs reach the mid 70s.
