Former Richland County Recreation Commissioner acquitted

COLUMBIA, S.C. (WIS) - Former Richland County Recreation Commissioner James Brown III has been acquitted of all charges.
Brown III was charged with 3rd-degree criminal sexual conduct, 3rd-degree attempted criminal sexual conduct, intimidation of a witness and three counts of misconduct in office, according to SLED.
Officials announced his acquittal on Tuesday.
Brown II was arrested in 2016 on other charges.
