COLUMBIA, S.C. (WIS) - More than 8,000 South Carolinians have died due to COVID-19.
That is 8,000 grieving families, including the family of John Means and Keith Fox.
The special bond between father and son-in-law remains cherished by one woman, Donna Fox.
One year ago, Donna Fox lost her husband and 101-year-old father to COVID-19.
“This has been a challenging time. A lot of heartbreak and loss,” Fox said.
Tuesday night, Donna and the team from the Covid Unit of Lexington Medical Center reflect on how they became family during a time of unspeakable grief.
