COLUMBIA, S.C. (WIS) - The graudation ceremonies for Richland School District One high schools will all be held at the district’s football stadiums in June, officials announced Thursday.
The ceremonies will take place from June 10-15. If a ceremony is postponed due to rain or inclement weather, the ceremony will happen between June 16-18.
Each graduating senior will get two tickets for family members to attend. No other guests will be allowed to attend the ceremonies. Those in attendance will be required to wear masks and follow COVID-19 safety protocols, including social distancing.
Here’s a look at the schedule for the commencement ceremonies:
June 10 - The Stadium at W.J. Keenan
8 a.m. - Eau Claire High
10 a.m. - W.J Keenan High
June 11 - The Stadium at Lower Richland
8 a.m. - Richland One Middle College
10 a.m. - Lower Richland High
June 14 - Memorial Stadium
8 a.m. - A.C. Flora High
10 a.m. - Dreher High
June 15 - Bolden Stadium
8 a.m. - Columbia High
10 a.m. - C.A. Johnson High
Seniors who are graduating from the Richland One Evening High School Program will take part in their home school’s graduating ceremonies.
The district will also livestream and record each ceremony.
