COLUMBIA, S.C. (WIS) - On Monday, Representative Todd Rutherford shared photos of damage done to his office.

Rutherford shared pictures of windows broken at his office on Facebook.

The South Carolina House Minority Leader also said his office received a threat by mail last week. Rutherford said the threat had no return address.

“Where are our rights? You next.” the note read in part.

The note, which displays two different versions of the Confederate flag and a website for the South Carolina League of the South, also included the message “No votes for turncoats.”

“Anyone who thinks the fight for equality is over, is unfortunately mistaken,” Rutherford said on Facebook.
