CLEMSON, S.C. (WIS) - After another week of college football, Clemson remains in the top four of the College Football Playoff rankings.

The Tigers (9-1) remain at No. 3 in the latest rankings revealed Tuesday night. Clemson won its regular-season finale 45-10 on the road against Virginia Tech. Clemson will have the upcoming weekend off. They’ll return to action on December 19 to face Notre Dame in the ACC Championship game.

The aforementioned Fighting Irish also remained in the top four at No. 2 this week. Notre Dame defeated Syracuse last week 45-21. The win moved the Irish to a perfect 10-0 record.

Alabama remained atop the CFP rankings after their 55-17 win over SEC West rival and defending national champion LSU. Alabama is scheduled to face Arkansas on Dec. 12.

Rounding out the top four this week is Ohio State. The Buckeyes beat Michigan State last weekend 52-12. Ohio State was scheduled to play arch-rival Michigan this weekend, but that game has been canceled due to COVID-19.
