OCONEE COUNTY, S.C. (WYFF) - Two Oconee County men have been arrested and charged after they both had sex with a juvenile, according to the Oconee County Sheriff’s Office.

Dylan Kane Douglas and Brandon Michael Yon, both 19, are each charged with one count of second-degree criminal sexual conduct with a minor.

An investigation began after deputies received word from the Department of Social Services in late October of reports of sexual activity between a juvenile and Douglas.

The investigation was turned over to the Child/Elder Abuse Investigator from the sheriff’s office.

As the investigation continued and evidence was gathered in the case, investigators said they determined that the juvenile had sexual relations with both men at locations in Oconee County.

According to the warrants, the incidents happened between January 2020 and October 2020.

The warrants said the juvenile was between 11 and 14 years old.

The incidents involved only one juvenile, authorities said.

Both subjects were released from the detention center on their own recognizance after a bond hearing.
