ELGIN, S.C. (WIS) - A non-profit is collecting toys this holiday season to donate to first responders who may need to comfort children in emergency situations.

The Nam Knights of America Motorcycle Club is made up of military members and law enforcement. The non-profit organizes the toy drive because they’ve seen the need first-hand.

Donations of small toys and stuffed animals can be made at Thunder Tower Harley Davidson in Elgin until Dec. 20.

Organizers say the toys might be given to children affected by a fire or domestic situation, for example.

Donations can be dropped off at the Harley store located at 190 Pontiac Business Center Dr -- off Spears Creek Church Road at Interstate 20.

Look for the collection barrel in front of the dealership.
