Firefighters surprise Harrisburg boy for his kindness

HARRISBURG, N.C. (WBTV) - C.J. Baucom ran 100 miles in 30 days to raise money for Cooperative Christian Ministries.

The organization has helped house and feed many people during the pandemic.

They also delivered food to the Harrisburg Fire Department.

Firefighters surprise Harrisburg boy for his kindness

So Friday, firefighters from the department surprised C.J. by rolling up to his house in firetrucks.

They presented him with an envelope filled with donations of $600.
