Sumter Co. deputies arrest Patricia Drive shooting suspect

COLUMBIA, S.C. (WIS) - The Sumter County Sheriff’s Office has arrested a man in connection with a shooting that happened on Patricia Drive.
Tas’Je Spann, 19, is accused of shooting a Richard Martin Jr., 33 on October 9th.
Martin spent two weeks in the hospital before dying from his injuries on October 23rd.
Investigators were able to determine that Spann and the victim knew each other and had an argument before the shooting happened.
