COLUMBIA, S.C. (WIS) - Get ready for some of the hottest weather of the season over the next several days right here in the Midlands.
As high pressure remains offshore, we’ll see high temperatures soaring into the low to mid 90s Friday through your weekend.
By next week, temperatures could climb into the mid to upper 90s. Rising humidity values will make it feel much hotter.
Rain chances will remain fairly low over the next several days. However, an isolated shower or two could develop Friday afternoon (20%). We could also see stray showers on Monday as well (20%). But keep in mind, with heat and humidity in place next week, any day could feature an isolated shower or storm. We’ll keep you posted.
